Bare machine hire across Canterbury — short-term daily hire through to long-term project hire. Subject to operator competency verification, machine induction, a signed hire agreement, and our hire terms & conditions. Terms and conditions apply regarding insurance — public liability and equipment cover must be in place for the full hire period. Daily, weekend, weekly, and long-term rates on request.

Hire Terms & Conditions
Mobile plant & equipment hire agreement.
All hire is conducted under our Business-to-Business (“In Trade”) Mobile Plant and Equipment Hire Agreement and Supporting Terms & Conditions. The summary below highlights the key terms. The full agreement, including the hire schedule, pre-hire and return inspection checklist, is issued on booking and available on request.
- Daily hire: up to 8 runtime hours within a 24-hour period.
- Weekend hire: collection 3:00pm Friday, return by 8:00am Monday — up to 16 runtime hours.
- Weekly hire: 5 consecutive working days — up to 40 runtime hours.
- Monthly hire: 28 consecutive days — up to 160 runtime hours.
- Excess runtime hours charged at the daily hire rate ÷ 8 (e.g. 12.5% of the daily rate per hour).
